We loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our large family and our pets. The view of the river was stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. Just a short stroll across the Kurilpa Bridge took us to GOMA and Southbank, which was fantastic for our family outings.

Our one-night stay in a studio felt cozy and functional for a quick visit. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center.

Staying here with my friends was a blast! We loved that it was just an 8-minute walk to the Treasury Casino and only 10 minutes to the Central Station. Attractions like GOMA and Southbank are a quick stroll across the bridge. The apartments were comfortable, and the views were great. Perfect spot for friends looking to explore and have fun!

The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Although it was reasonably clean, some appliances could have used more attention, and we experienced a bit of road noise at night, which was distracting.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Evolution Apartments! The views from my One-Bedroom City View Apartment were absolutely spectacular, and the comfy bed made for a perfect night’s sleep. Being just steps away from shops and restaurants made exploring so easy. Plus, the heated pool was a lovely surprise!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the spacious areas made it easy to navigate. I particularly loved the stunning river views from the balcony, which created a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

Improve soundproofing to minimize road noise.

I really enjoyed my stay in the studio. it was clean and just like the pictures. The bed was super comfy. The heated swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the free pool table in the Sky Lounge added some fun to our evenings. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the elevator, but it didn't ruin the overall experience. definitely check out the nearby bakery for delicious muffins! 😊

Had a cool stay in a spacious two-bedroom pad on the 20th floor. The river views were epic from the balcony! The kitchen was just fine for cooking. The staff were chill and super helpful. Just a heads up, the early sun comes in hot, so crank up that AC! Loved the outdoor dining area for brekkie.
